My name
is Katie Sabin and I will be
transitioning into managing Tehama
Ridge. I have been working closely
with Mandy Craig to ensure that I am
aware of everyone’s concerns and
expectations.
Just a little about myself, I am
joining the Premier team with over
10 years of hospitality management
experience. Most recently, I worked
at a prestigious hotel in downtown
Fort Worth. I enjoy spending time
with my family and my children and I
spend most weekends at the soccer
fields.
I am pleased to be your direct
contact for your Homeowners
Association so please doesn’t
hesitate to contact me.
Communication is key and feedback is
the best way to help us meet your
needs. I will be driving your
community each week to help maintain
the integrity of your community and
help you protect your property
values. The following are a few of
the things I look for when out on
property: lawns that need mowing,
weeds in flowerbeds, unapproved
modifications to the property, and
inoperable vehicles to name a few.
The goal is for us to work together
to make Tehama Ridge the most
desirable community in which to
live. Together, we can protect your
biggest investment, maintain your
property values, and maintain the
integrity of your community. I can

We have a new addition to our community, doggie stations! Please utilize these stations next to the park by the pool, by the trailhead and Butte Meadows going over to the new section and near the Devinstone Park.
