The residents here at Tehama Ridge welcome you to the pool complex. This outside facility provides a splash area which includes water dumping buckets and a mushroom shaped waterfall for the little ones. The main pool area has plenty of room for play as well. Showers and restrooms are also available in the cabana area. Also near the pool area is an outdoor basketball court (half-court) and a playground. Please see the rules provided below, which are enforced to provide a safe
and positive environment for all residents. Use of the pool is a “swim at your own risk” facility, LIFEGUARDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED AT ANY TIME.
The pool opens May 12 and closes
September 30th, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. seven days a week (subject to change). “Adult Swim Time” scheduled before normal pool hours 6 a.m. - 9 a.m. This will give the adults (18 years and older) a time to swim laps and enjoy the pool without the busy time interruptions. Please check our calendar for pool events throughout the year.
The pool complex and facilities are private property owned by the association. Please treat these areas with respect and extreme care, as your yearly dues help to pay for the cleanliness and maintenance of these facilities through the years. Let’s work together to prevent unnecessary repairs and cost for our association. Note: Homeowners who are delinquent in paying their dues or violate the pool rules will have their pool privileges revoked and any pool cards de-activated.
Please do not be offended if someone asks if you are a homeowner or live in the neighborhood, or what street you live on. Not only is this a way to get to know your neighbors, but it helps to protect against non-members using our facilities. As the neighborhood grows and more homeowners are in the area, it will be impossible to know all of your neighbors and for them to recognize you. Please understand that they are looking out for you and your families.
Reservations are available for those with small groups for birthday parties, family gatherings, etc. The purpose of the reservation booking system is created to prevent “double booking” of the events on the same day. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Any party or event at the pool complex WILL NOT be exclusive…association members have access to the pool during all hours of operation. All reservations and regular pool attendees are required to clean up all trash and remove all belongings brought along in the trip. Please fill out the pool reservation form provided
here and email it to
reservations@premiercommunities.net
or fax the form to 214-889-9980.
Replacement pool cards are available for $25 per card, limited to 2 cards per household. Please contact
amenities@premiercommunities.net
to get a pool card replaced.
The pool committee is VERY receptive to suggestions, complaints, and safety concerns for anything throughout the year. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the pool complex, please email
pool@tehamaridge.com. Committee members are also always needed. Please contact
pool@tehamaridge.com.
