TEAMS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR ENTRIES TO THE AMENITY CENTER AT THE CORRECT TURN IN TIMES LISTED ABOVE!

MANDATORY COOKS MEETING WILL BE FRIDAY, APRIL 16, 2021 AT 7PM AT THE AMENITY CENTER.

PRIZE PAYOUTS:

DESSERTS/ BEANS: 1ST- 75.00; 2ND- 50.00; 3RD- 25.00

RIBS/CHICKEN: 1ST-150.00; 2ND- 75.00; 3RD- 50.00

BRISKET: 1ST- 250.00, 2ND- 125.00; 3RD- 75.00

RULES:
PARTICIPANTS MUST PROVIDE ALL OF THEIR OWN SUPPLIES: FOOD, TABLES, COOKING UTENSILS, COOKWARE, ETC.

YOUR START TIME IS UP TO YOU, BUT ALL ENTRIES FOR JUDGING MUST BE TURNED IN ON THE TIME LISTED ABOVE AT THE AMENDITY CENTER LOCATED AT: 9800 TEHAMA PKWY.
BEANS MUST BE STARTED FROM DRY PINTO BEANS.
CHICKEN CUT USED MUST BE ONE CHICKEN QUARTER.
RISB ARE TO BE ST. LOUIS RIBS.
BE PREPARED TO TURN IN ONE TO TWO SLICES OF BRISKET AND ONE RIB FOR JUDGES IN THOSE CATEGORIES. 
BBQ WILL BE JUDGED ON THE FOLLOWING: FLAVOR, TASTE, TENDERNESS, TEXTURE
ALL SAMPLES TO BE SOLD IN ONE DOLLAR (1.00) INCREMENTS. COOKS MAY IN TURN SELL OTHER ITEMS SUCH AS SODA AND WATER AT THEIR BOOTH.
